On 30 April 2025, HaDEA organised a virtual info session on the Call DIGITAL-2025-EDIH-AC-08: European Digital Innovation Hubs - Associated countries (EDIHs with reinforced AI focus), launched under the Digital Europe Programme.

The objective of this topic is to complete the network of European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs) from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Moldova, enhancing its performance and capacity to meet local, regional, national and European digitalisation needs. Budget: €2 million
The objective of this topic is to select new European Digital Innovation Hubs from Seals of Excellence in four associated countries (Albania, North Macedonia, Türkyie and Ukraine). Budget: €9 million
