Description
On Friday 16 May 2025, hosted by the Digital Skills and Jobs Platform, HaDEA is organising a virtual info session on the call DIGITAL-2025-SKILLS-08, launched under the Digital Europe Work Programme 2025-2027. Participants will have the opportunity to learn all about the call topics, the application process, and join Q&A sessions.
The Info Day will cover the following three Sectoral digital skills academies:
- Quantum Skills Digital Academy. The objective of the Quantum Skills Digital Academy is to serve as a single, central contact point and to provide specialised quantum technologies training and hands on experience in different quantum education levels. Budget: € 10 million.
- Digital Skills Academy in GenAI. The first of the ‘AI Skills Academies’ will focus on supporting skills for the uptake and deployment of AI and in particular ‘GenAI’ in key economic sectors. Budget: € 7 million.
- Virtual Worlds Skills Academy. The Virtual Worlds Skills Academy aims to build on the existing actions and initiatives in Virtual Words in collaboration with industry, plan and design competence and qualification framework, develop, manage and maintain a catalogue of education and training programmes, and create an Virtual Worlds ecosystem in the EU. Budget: € 10 million.
The submission of applications for this call is open as of 15 April and will close on 2 September 2025 – 17:00:00 CEST (Brussels).
